Cancel only subscriptions or paid services while keeping your account free. To cancel an individual package and keep your account free, please visit the billing portal of our payment provider and click on "Cancel package":

Cancel paid services and free user account. To cancel all paid services and also delete your account, please use our official cancellation form. An employee will then take care of your request.
